 We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure scheduling availability and time to plan your shoot or livestream properly. For large-scale or multi-day productions, earlier is always better. 

 Yes — all on-camera participants will be asked to sign a release form. If we’re filming on private property, a location release is also required. This protects everyone and ensures the footage can be used ethically and legally. 

Nota Bene Productions is based in Baltimore County, Maryland. 

Travel within 35 miles of Randallstown, MD is included.
Travel from 35-75 miles is billed at $0.50 per mile, plus lodging if necessary for multi-day shoots.

Travel +75 miles will be a custom quote.
All travel fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.

 Yes. Nota Bene Productions LLC is registered in the State of Maryland and carries liability insurance to meet industry and venue requirements.
